I started off with a piece of smooth white card and painted it in sage green fresco paint. I stuck some tissue paper across the middle of the card scrunching it up before it dried. Then some Tim holtz tattered flowers an assortment of flowers from my stash..and some sand balls. When it dried I painted it all over with the sage green..then dry brushed it with snowflake...stamped happy birthday in black archival and done....

Wow... this looks awesome! I love the dimension of the flowers and balls but all in the same colour, for a clean look.
