Second post of the day!! We had a visit from the very talented Jo Myhill as well this week. She did a great makeover of a little wooden house...go have a look here..it's gorgeous! Well I had one of these houses kicking around shouting use me use me..so I thought I'd have a go. I am not going to bore you with the how I did it because I just did exactly the same as Jo only hers is much nicer lol!!
So here's my finished piece...
Mine turned out a lot pinker than Jo's for some reason!! Had a lot of fun making this.
Thanks for stopping by.........

ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Used UTEE heart is well done, I love it!!
ReplyDeleteSo did mine Lin although no pink was used in the making, I think the combination of brown shed and London bus turns it a shade of minus green!!
ReplyDeleteGreat use of your little house.

So sweet - love the texture in the background... and the occasional bit of pink is good for the soul!

Lovely project Lin, I have also found that Brown Shed is more pink than brown, like to mix it with Toffee then it is IMHO a better color. Like your project it' very cute:) xxx
ReplyDeleteAw I really wanted to have a go at this one Lin! Just didn't think I had time to make the house from scratch (required a knowledge of maths I don't possess, lol!). I love your little house, lots of lovely texture throughout the project!
