Art...

Sue Carrington also paid us a visit this week with a beautiful hanging board which she turned into a little free standing piece..I loved it so thought I would have a go at my own interpretation...As always it didn't turn out as I planned as I did the usual flaffing about with all most of yesterday afternoon. You can pop over and see Sue's here and read how she did it.. I more or less did the same..ish and came up with this...



I used Chatsworth papers and lots of fresco paint to build up the background..then just played around with stencils..more paint  and stamps. I cut the word Art from my TH wordplay die and the leaves from a memory box die. I am pleased with how this came out in the end...thank you Sue for the inspiration..
