Bagalope

didn't have much time for crafting this week as I felt very poorly for four days..so I am sooooo behind for Christmas. I decided to have a go at one of the bagalopes that Joanne Wardle had done on the paper artsy blog this week....she did some lovely christmas projects..you should pop on over and have a look here..I fillowed Joannes instructions but have come to the conclusion that a heavier weight envelope would have been much better!!

I used crushed olives distress ink around the edges and stamped some holly with the same ink. I used one of Darcy's christmas sets for the bow..coloured it with prismas and cut it out. I then put a layer  of pearl glaze over the top. stamped merry christmas in fired brick distress and done!

Thanks for stopping by.....

  2. Looks lovely. The deckle edge is great along the opening. And brilliant idea to use a stamped bow.
